Overall, my experience at the hotel was mixed. While the facilities were impressive and the beach was lovely, the dining and service left a lot to be desired. The rooms were spacious but showed some signs of wear. The location was great with easy access to the water park, but I found the service to be quite rigid and unhelpful at times.
