underwhelming stay
average staff basic room
the room was great.
the staff were just average, and the room was very basic. i was charged for items i never even used, so be sure to check your receipt before leaving. for the price i paid, it was a disappointment.

poor cleanliness safety concern
the location was amazing, close to many attractions.
I found the staff's response to my complaints quite disheartening.. i reported that the room was not clean upon arrival and even contained some insects, yet the issue was not addressed promptly. i also faced a safety concern because someone threw cigarettes onto my balcony. Despite reporting it multiple times, no real action was taken. this lack of attention to basic cleanliness and safety left me feeling quite neglected .

the resort feature many restaurants. food service was very prompt. our regal suite club included access to the club lounge. it offered a quiet space for breakfast and evening drinks.

ocean view accommodating staff quick service family enjoyment
I secured a room on a higher floor! it offered amazing ocean views. the staff were very nice and accommodating and were quick to attend to needs. my family enjoyed the stay. The hotel has everything needed.
the check-in process took longer than expected. it created a slight delay upon arrival.

The staff demonstrated great attention. Cleaning services provided by gianana kumar were really good. team members were very helpful, including noyon from housekeeping, salma from the lost chambers aquarium, ryan the photographer, and christine teffe the lifeguard from aquaventure.

the service at check-in and the dining selection were great. ms ching greeted me with a warm smile, and the check-in process was seamless. she explained the dining packages and helped me choose the perfect one. i really felt valued as a guest!!!

The waterpark is huge. It is the biggest in the world. multiple pools are available, and there are also many shops. the gym features treadmills and stationary bikes. It meets fitness needs.

adequate stay with a few issues
egg smell wet cloth
the water park access was included. that was acceptable.
the plates in the dining restaurants smelled like eggs. i tried all plates. all smelled the same. bedsheets and towels also did not smell fresh. they smelled like wet cloth.
